Non-warranty Repairs
In the case of a non-warranty repair, we will first inspect the product and provide an estimate of the repair charges and lead-time. Repairs will begin upon receiving authorization. All repairs are warranted for 90 days.
WARRANTY & SERVICE POLICYPrimatics warrants all products for a period of one year from the factory ship date unless otherwise stated in the product literature. Products will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Products will meet the stated specifications. In the case of a product defect or a failure to meet specifications within the warranty period, Primatics will issue a Return of Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty excludes products that have been improperly installed or maintained, and products that have been modified or misused. The request for repair must occur within the warranty period. Primatics liabilities are limited as set forth in our standard terms and conditions. Copies are available upon request. |
