Return Policy

Unused and undamaged products may be returned to Primatics within 30 days of the initial invoice date, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

RMA#’s can be obtained by called our Service Department. Ship the product back to us prepaid in the original or equivalent packaging with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please include description of problem inside the box. Primatics is not responsible for any damage occurred in transit to us. All products returned to us without a RMA# will not be accepted.

Non-warranty Repairs

In the case of a non-warranty repair, we will first inspect the product and provide an estimate of the repair charges and lead-time. Repairs will begin upon receiving authorization. All repairs are warranted for 90 days.

WARRANTY & SERVICE POLICY

Primatics warrants all products for a period of one year from the factory ship date unless otherwise stated in the product literature.

Products will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Products will meet the stated specifications.

In the case of a product defect or a failure to meet specifications within the warranty period, Primatics will issue a Return of Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty excludes products that have been improperly installed or maintained, and products that have been modified or misused. The request for repair must occur within the warranty period. Primatics liabilities are limited as set forth in our standard terms and conditions. Copies are available upon request.
